Since 1985

Sanxion Nonwovens Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 with capital of NT$25 million. The factory was relocated in 2016 from New Taipei City to current address in Taoyuan City with better layout, bigger storages and more clean energy. It is a two storeys SRC structure with one acre of lot size and 57,000 sq ft of floor area. All Nonwoven production lines are located on main floor, converting machines are on 2nd floor with higher controled envirnment. All stackers are electrical, all heating systems (oven) are gas in this factory.
Not only a raw material supplier, we are also an registered medical device manufacturer since 2020.

 

We have two dry laid non-woven fabric production lines located on main floor. Annual production up to 1,700 tons. Each indivial production line comes with a AOI (Autotmatic online Inspection), capable to identify defects like hair, bugs, oil stain, wrinkles, holes, and etc from size of 0.35mm² and up.
Converting machines including powder spraying, winding, pre-cutting, cutting. All medical devices daily consumption products are converted in clean room on 2nd floor.

Thermal Bonding Nonwoven Fabrics

The most popular method of bonding used in nonwoven manufacturing.
We are specialized in Polyester and Polyester related materials.
Our Polyester thermal bonding nonwoven fabrics are been used in households like honeycomb curtains, MERV, HEPA, in garments like interlinings, in electronics like desiccant, in medicals like PPE, face masks.

Air-through Bonding Nonwoven Fabrics

Also know as hot-air bonding nonwoven or through-air bonding nonwoven.
This type of nonwoven is mostly been used in hygiene. Soft, smooth, and light weight are the key.
Since we are specialied in Polyester, crunchy and "a bit harder than soft" become crutial due to PET's characteristic.
Our Air-through bonding nonwoven fabrics are been used households like rangehood filters, air-con or fan filters, in medicals like N95, KF94, (3D masks).
